Fixed scipy import statement in optimizer.py file for compatibility with scipy version >=1.8

if scipy.__version <1.8:
    from scipy.optimize.optimize import _status_message
else:
    from scipy.optimize._optimize import _status_message


          Update optimizer.py to work for scipy >=1.8
